4 day itinerary for Asheville

Itinerary

Asheville is a beautiful city with so much to offer. Here's an ideal itinerary for 4 days in Asheville:

Day 1:

• Start your day with a visit to the Biltmore Estate, a stunning mansion built by George Vanderbilt in the late 1800s. You can take a tour of the house, explore the gardens, and even taste some of the estate's wines.
• After your visit to the Biltmore, head to downtown Asheville for lunch. There are plenty of great restaurants to choose from, but I recommend trying Tupelo Honey Cafe for some delicious Southern cuisine.
• Spend the afternoon exploring downtown Asheville. There are plenty of shops, galleries, and breweries to check out. Be sure to stop by the Asheville Art Museum and the Grove Arcade.
• For dinner, head to Cúrate for some amazing Spanish tapas.

Day 2:

• Start your day with a hike in the Blue Ridge Mountains. There are plenty of trails to choose from, but I recommend checking out the Craggy Gardens Trail for some stunning views.
• After your hike, head to the River Arts District for lunch. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes to choose from, but I recommend trying 12 Bones Smokehouse for some delicious barbecue.
• Spend the afternoon exploring the River Arts District. There are plenty of galleries and studios to check out, and you can even take a workshop or class.
• For dinner, head to Rhubarb for some delicious farm-to-table cuisine.

Day 3:

• Start your day with a visit to the North Carolina Arboretum. You can explore the gardens, take a hike, or even go mountain biking.
• After your visit to the arboretum, head to the Biltmore Village for lunch. There are plenty of great restaurants to choose from, but I recommend trying Fig for some delicious Mediterranean cuisine.
• Spend the afternoon exploring the Biltmore Village. There are plenty of shops and galleries to check out, and you can even take a tour of the Cathedral of All Souls.
• For dinner, head to Limones for some delicious Mexican cuisine.

Day 4:

• Start your day with a visit to the Asheville Botanical Gardens. You can explore the gardens, take a guided tour, or even attend a workshop or class.
• After your visit to the botanical gardens, head to West Asheville for lunch. There are plenty of great restaurants and cafes to choose from, but I recommend trying Sunny Point Cafe for some delicious brunch.
• Spend the afternoon exploring West Asheville. There are plenty of shops and galleries to check out, and you can even take a tour of the New Belgium Brewing Company.
• For dinner, head to The Admiral for some delicious American cuisine.
